Product characteristics
The DRC series of Dereka chucks is a collet-type center-through rotary chuck holder that can clamp simultaneously at both ends. The width of the chuck body can be customized according to the length of the workpiece. The collet can be replaced for different workpieces, and it can be used with either a single collet or double collets. The repeat clamping accuracy is within 0.025 mm, and an accuracy within 0.005 mm can be customized. It rotates driven by the synchronous pulley of the motor, with a maximum rotational speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. Higher-speed spindles can also be customized. It can work with both hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It is small in size, has high rigidity, and features a large through hole design that cooperates with automatic loading and unloading. The DRC spindle is widely used in the processing of various high-precision double-head lathes and applicable machining operations (for example: bicycle parts, auto parts, military products, sports equipment, precision engraving machines, internal and external circular grinding, balance testing, etc.).
