Product characteristics
The DRU series of Dereka chucks is a collet-type hollow rotary chuck holder that can clamp at both ends simultaneously. The width of the chuck body can be customized according to the length of the workpiece. Different workpieces can have their collets replaced, and single or double collets can be used. The clamping repeatability accuracy is within 0.025mm, and an accuracy within 0.005mm can be customized. The motor's synchronous pulley drives the rotation. The maximum rotational speed is 3000 revolutions per minute, and spindles with higher rotational speeds can also be customized. Both oil pressure and air pressure are applicable. It features a small size, high rigidity, and a large through-hole design that cooperates with automatic loading and unloading. The DRU spindle is widely used in various high-precision lathe machining and special-purpose machining (for example: bicycle parts, automotive and heavy-duty accessories, military products, sports equipment, precision engraving machines, internal and external circular grinding, balance testing, etc.).
