The DZ series of Dereka chucks is a front-mounted air cylinder type hollow rotary chuck, which is a new type of rotary chuck specially developed for laser pipe cutting machines. The maximum diameter of the central through hole can be customized up to 800mm. It uses air pressure for clamping and loosening. The secondary jaws can be replaced for different workpieces. It has a forced opening function and no material jamming occurs. The opening stroke ranging from 2.5mm to 100mm can all be customized.The air cylinder is front-mounted, eliminating the need for additional installation of a rotary cylinder.It has a large stroke and a large through hole.There is no material jamming and it has a forced opening function.It is applicable to the processing of various special-shaped pipe fittings such as square pipes, round pipes and elliptical pipes.
