Product characteristics
The spindle assembly of the pneumatic rotary chuck has a steel chuck body with a small outer diameter for installation.The maximum rotational speed is 3,500 revolutions per minute.It has a central through hole, and different collets can be replaced for different workpieces.There is a built-in rotary cylinder inside, eliminating the need for additional installation of a rotary cylinder (oil cylinder).The accuracy of the body is 0.01mm, and the clamping repeatability accuracy is within 0.025mm.It pushes forward to clamp the workpiece, without getting jammed or having displacement.The chuck has airtight, dustproof and waterproof functions.It can be installed vertically or horizontally.The rear transmission can be directly connected by a motor coupling, or connected by a synchronous pulley belt or gears.It is widely used in automated equipment such as precision lathes, grinding machines, laser cutting machines and robots.
